October 24th 2010 Come and spend a day in spring in an historic garden which has rarely been opened to the public.
A garden friendly to garden enthusiasts and families.
All the flowers of spring, old exotic trees at their best; flowering cherries, bought from Japan when the present owner’s grandparents married in 1911; wonderful 100 year old garden plantings of exotic tree and shrubs; historic farm buildings and farm and garden implements.
Art show and competition , children’s art competition. Fairies at bottom of garden. Do your Christmas shopping at specially selected stalls and take a farm tour to see what is happening right now; delicious food for every taste from gourmet to sausage sizzle.
Everything in aid of the Abbeyfield Residential Facility
