Dirt and Flowers
am new to gardening. I found at the beginning of this year I started making changes to my garden and couldn’t stop. I have completely transformed it. I have another blog for my art practice and photography, but decided to start this one so I wouldn’t be continually updating my other blog with posts about the garden. I would like to share my successes and failures here as I learn to be a gardener. Report | Bookmark | Details Submitted 04/05/11 |

Gardening Mumma
So I’ve set myself a challenge! How productive can a suburban/ courtyard/ container garden really be? I would absolutely LOVE to feed our bouncing baby boy home-grown *produce* wherever possible. He has very sensitive skin and multiple food allergies so nourishing him with my own fruit and veg would be fantastic. Growing it all ourselves would also be a cheaper option as opposed to buying it from the grocery store… Now don’t be fooled- he has a bumper appetite even for a 9 month old that currently costs us about $40 a week for fruit and veggies alone.
