Hi, I've saved a load of Perennial Lupins from my cottage garden - can these be used as a green manure crop for a vegetable garden? When should they be planted - how soon can I dig them in - I want to be able to plant in that bed late Sept / early Oct.

When do I cut down my Asparagus?

When can cottage plants such as Salvia be trimmed back?

I live north coast of Tassie - occasional light frosts
